2Using the Website
- The Website is provided to give general information about SHURA Group and the services we offer.
- You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has read and accepted these Terms.
- You must use the Website lawfully, in good faith and in line with these Terms.
- You do not need an account to use the Website and we do not sell any products or services through it.
3Our Services and Client Engagements
- Service descriptions on the Website are general summaries. They are not a binding offer and do not by themselves create a contract between you and us.
- When you engage us for a service, the scope, timeline, fees and other conditions are agreed separately in writing (for example in a proposal, engagement letter or contract). If that written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement prevails for that engagement.
- For residence permit, work permit and visa matters we provide consulting and application support. Decisions on applications are made solely by the competent public authorities, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome or processing time.
- SHURA Group is not a law firm. Where a matter requires legal representation before courts or authorities, we will tell you so and you may need to instruct a licensed attorney.
4Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website – including text, graphics, logos, the SHURA Group name and emblem, page layout, illustrations and source code – belongs to SHURA Group or is used with permission, and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the Website and to print or save individual pages for your own information or internal business use.
- Apart from that permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, republish, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
- Nothing on the Website transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
5Prohibited Conduct
When using the Website you must not:
- attack, hack, overload or otherwise disrupt the Website or the servers and networks that host it;
- upload, send or spread viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
- try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its systems or data, or get around any security or access-control measure;
- use robots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to copy or collect content or data from the Website in bulk, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
- exploit errors or weaknesses in the Website instead of reporting them to us;
- impersonate SHURA Group, our staff or anyone else, or falsely suggest that you are connected with us;
- send us content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene or that infringes the rights of others;
- use the Website to promote or take part in any illegal activity.
6Information You Send Us
- You may contact us by e-mail using the addresses shown on the Website. Anything you send us must be accurate, must not be misleading, must not contain harmful code and must be lawful to share.
- If you include information about another person, you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us.
- Please do not send identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal data unless we have asked for them as part of an engagement.
- We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Sending us a message does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation for us to act.
7Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to websites run by others, such as map services or public authorities. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

- Content on the Website is general information only. It is not professional, legal, tax, financial or immigration advice and should not be relied on as such. For advice on your own situation, please contact us or another qualified adviser.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Changes take effect when they are published, unless we state a later date.
